Diversity Poster

Pull up a chair and tell me how you feel.

It is known that people make subconscious decisions in less than ninety seconds. The majority of all people use this assessment time to purchase products on color alone. This project was to design a traditional poster on diversity. I chose to design an interactive poster on the diversity of thought of color. I wanted to see how people around me would perceive the color red. Red is a powerful color. Red is the color for love and for hate. It brings to mind hot blooded anger, scarlet letter shame and sex in Amsterdams red light district. In China, it represents luck and Africans wear red to mourn the dead.

Then again….

Your color red could be my blue.
